01 Definitions & Applicability

03 Age Verification & KYC

05 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• At least one deposit must be made before your first withdrawal.
• If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10x the total of your deposit plus the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be investigated.
• Members from the same household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Some bonuses are only valid for specific games — this will be stated in the relevant terms.
• Zeet Win reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

07 Gaming Rules

All games on Zeet Win run on RNG technology provided by international gaming providers. No one can predict or influence the outcome of any game.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the bets for that round will be voided and refunded.
• Zeet Win is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, Zeet Win's server records will be the final authority.
• The dealer's decision in live casino games is final.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zeet Win. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Using bots, auto-clickers, or any automated software.
2. Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in games or system.
3. Attempting to launder or conceal illegally obtained funds.
4. Colluding or coordinating with other members during gameplay.
5. Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
6. Filing a chargeback claim against the platform.
7. Attempting to carry out cyberattacks or hacking.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Zeet Win may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure, provided no terms have been violated.

10 Accountability Limits

Zeet Win is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by a member due to gambling.
• Technical issues caused by third parties.
• If a game is interrupted due to internet or mobile network issues.
• If a member's password is stolen or compromised due to their own negligence.

Zeet Win's maximum liability for any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member over the preceding 30 days.

11 Responsible Gaming

Zeet Win is committed to responsible gaming. We want gaming to stay fun — not become a problem.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily self-exclude your account for a set period.
